About ARRQ Appliance Repair
ARRQ Appliance Service Co. is a local, family-operated appliance repair company serving families across Cobb County and Cherokee County, Georgia.
Meet Roderick Anthony. When you invite someone into your home to repair an appliance, you want someone you can trust — and that's something Rod understands. He's the lead technician at ARRQ, and whether it's a refrigerator that won't cool or a dryer that stops working, he believes in being straightforward: explaining what's going on and doing his best to get things working again.
ARRQ is a family-operated business. While Rod handles the repairs, his mother, Sue Ann Reid, takes care of the office and the business side of things. Together, they work to make sure you feel taken care of from the first phone call to the service visit.
Outside of work, Rod is a happily married man of faith who enjoys spending time with his family. He believes in treating people with honesty, kindness, and respect — because for Rod, it's not just about fixing appliances. It's about treating people right.
